Apostille
Apostille
From Supreme court of Seychelles
The apostille, also known as the Hague Apostille, is a form of authentication used for international documents. It is applied in legal transactions between the member states of the multilateral Hague Convention No. 12, which eliminates the need for legalization of foreign public documents. The apostille certifies the authenticity of the signature, the capacity in which the signer has acted, and, where appropriate, the authenticity of the seal or stamp on the document (Article 3 of the Convention).
We are able to have any certificate issued with an apostille by the Supreme Court of Seychelles.
The processing time is approximately 1-3 business days.
