An official and original Certificate of Official Search from Seychelles is a formal document issued by the Registrar of Companies under the Financial Services Authority (FSA). - Date and details of any registered or discharged mortgage, hypothecation, or charge
- Current status of the company: active, in liquidation, or dissolved
- According to documents filed with the Registrar of Companies, the company is in good standing or not in good legal standing, dissolved, or struck off
- Signed and certified by the Seychelles Registry
- Optionally, an Apostille can be issued by the Supreme Court of Seychelles
- The certificate is delivered as a PDF via email and can optionally be sent as an original hard copy via DHL Worldwide Express Courier (select DHL during checkout)
