Content of the Certificate of Official Search:
- Company name and registration number
- Date of incorporation, conversion, or continuation
- Name and address of the company’s registered agent
- Registered office address
- Confirmation that the company remains listed on the Register of International Business Companies and has paid (or not paid) all applicable fees, royalties, and charges in accordance with the IBC Act, 2016
- Date and details of any registered or discharged mortgage, hypothecation, or charge
- Current status of the company: active, in liquidation, or dissolved
- According to documents filed with the Registrar of Companies, the company is in good standing or not in good legal standing, dissolved, or struck off
- Signed and certified by the Seychelles Registry
- Optionally, an Apostille can be issued by the Supreme Court of Seychelles
